Class Bookings

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any class bookings made through our website.

• Class Pass Compensation: If you need to cancel your class reservation, you may be eligible for a class pass as compensation, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice before the start of the class. This class pass can be used for a future class of your choice.

• No Compensation: If you do not provide 24 hours' notice of your cancellation, you will not be eligible for a class pass or any other form of compensation.

To cancel your class reservation and request a class pass, please contact us via hello@thezenden.co.uk at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class.
