If you're not sure which class is right for you, don't worry, every class is open to all levels, with modifications to suit beginners & more experienced yogis alike.
Feel Good Flow

Yoga Tone
Yoga & Weights
Add a little fire to your flow!
Yoga tone blends yoga poses with light weights to build strength & boost energy. It's still a low impact, mindful class.. just with a fun, empowering twist!
Perfect for: Those who enjoy a challenge & want to feel strong, confident & energised.
Relaxation Yoga
Slow down, stretch & rewind
This gentle class is all about releasing tension & calming the mind. We move slowly through restorative poses, using breath work & guided relaxation to help you completely switch off & unwind.
Perfect for: Anyone who needs to de-stress, recharge or enjoy a bit of quiet time for themselves.
Active Agers
Move, stretch & stay strong, no matter your age
A friendly, low-impact class designed to keep you mobile, flexible & confident in your movement. Expect a mix of gentle strength training, balance work & laughter, working at a level that suits you.
Perfect for: Anyone looking to get stronger, move better & stay injury free as they get older.
Full Body Reset
A reset for your whole system
A nourishing full body class combining yoga, light weights, bodyweight strength, mobility, stretching and nervous system regulation. This class will help you feel stronger without overwhelm, improve mobility & confidence in movement, calm your nervous system & you'll leave feeling completely reset, grounded, calm but energised.
Perfect for: Anyone feeling tired & burnt out, stiff & stressed or disconnected from your body!
Yoga for Grief
Moving softly through grief, together
A gentle, grief-informed yoga class offering space to slow down, breathe & simply be. Designed for anyone experiencing grief of any kind, this class focuses on supportive movement, rest & nervous system regulation, in a calm, caring environment.
After class, you're warmly invited to stay for tea & quiet connection.

The Zen Den Yoga only holds 6-8 lovely yogis at a time so classes are small, intimate & lovely.
