Absolutely! Every class at The Zen Den is beginner friendly. I offer plenty of options & clear guidance, so you can move at a level that feels good for you. You don't need to be flexible - just bring yourself & an open mind.

I have yoga mats & all equipment needed for your class,  but if you have a mat you'd prefer to use then please bring it along. Bring some water & wear comfy clothes you can move easily in.

Yes! Classes are really small so spaces are limited, so please book ahead through GymCatch to guarantee your spot!

The Zen Den is based in Orpington, Kent. 

I'll send full address details when you book your class. There's lots of road side parking.

This is completely ok! Yoga at The Zen Den is about how it feels not how it looks! I always offer modifications & can help you adapt poses to suit your bodies needs. Just let me know before class if you have any injuries you want me to know about. ​

​I am not currently able to offer refunds due to transaction fees etc. However I do offer a class pass as compensation, that can be used to book another class of your choice. I only offer this compensation if a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. Please see refund policy for more details.
